The Foundation

Mr. Soumya Ghosh started Destifine Realty in 2016 with one goal — to build good homes for people.

In 7 years, Destifine grew from a small company in Kolkata to a firm with projects in both Kolkata and Siliguri. The company has done more than ₹500 crore in business and helped hundreds of families get their homes. It is one of the more trusted names in real estate in Bengal today.
